Originally from the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Jimmy received his B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from East Carolina University. He has more than 5 years of real estate experience, and he enjoys golfing, surfing, and running.

Bob Foster played college golf for Adrian College, turned Professional in 1986, and became a PGA member in 1991. Bob has over 25 years of golf industry experience including being both a General Manager and Director of Golf, having opened four other golf facilities in the Eastern United States. He is married with two children.

Holly attended Virginia Tech University, and she enjoys being part of such an exciting and unique project as Viniterra. As a ClubCorp employee of more than five years, Holly has experienced various roles and responsibilities in many luxury communities.

Joshua McKim, Assistant Golf Professional
With more than seven years of experience at private facilities, Joshua is now a PGA Apprentice. He is enrolled in the Professional Golf Management Program of the PGA as a business student at Virginia Commonwealth University, majoring In economics. Joshua is also a Certified Taylormade Club Fitter.
