Another fine community that is being developed by BNE Land is called Marshes Light (http://www.marsheslight.com/). Marshes Light is a marina based community located in downtown Manteo, on the Outer Banks of NC. Marshes Light is a mixture of condos, single-family homes, mixed-use retail space and of course, the marina. This water front community offers the last opportunity for new construction in the downtown Manteo historic district. Marshes Light is an easy stroll to many restaurants, shops and Festival Park, which offers a Summer concert series and other unique events. The 60 slip marina offers deep water access to boats as large as 50' and is positioned to cater to boats cruising the ICW or sport fishing boats headed offshore to the gulf stream.
