Williamsburg - Just miles from Viniterra - Named A Top 25 Place to Retire

Williamsburg, Virginia was recently named one of the “Top 25 Places to Retire” by Money Magazine. “Walking through the center of Williamsburg is like living history,” says Money Magazine. “Colonial Williamsburg, the heart of the town, is a functioning restoration of an 18th-century British colonial capital….the likes of George and Martha Washington wander through the historic area, and passers-by routinely hear fife and drum music.”

Williamsburg
also has many modern-day comforts including three airports and half a dozen hospitals, and approximately 20 golf courses all nearby—all in addition to the Rees Jones Championship Course at Viniterra. The College of William and Mary is also located here, creating an additional atmosphere of a charming college town. Viniterra is only a short distance from Colonial Williamsburg. The history of the United States begins here, and a lifetime of experiences can be found here now, from museums and attractions to theme parks and world-class shopping and dining. Viniterra is located between Richmond and Williamsburg, inside America’s Historic Triangle. So when you live at Viniterra, you live in the middle of our nation’s history.
