Construction Update-Continued**

The first home is now under roof, just in time for the Taste of New Kent (www.atasteofnewkent.com) wine festival this weekend. The building permit application process began today on our second home, and we anticipate breaking ground in the next 2-4 weeks!! Also, starting on Monday (May 24th), we will begin accepting reservations on our cottage homes. If you or anyone you know might have some interest, call the Sales Center at 804.932.8777. Construction Update - Part II

Construction of our first home continues along nicely and since our last posting we have another home that is going to start in the next few weeks. In addition to that, we will begin accepting Reservations for our Lake Shore Cottage series, starting in the next 3 weeks. Lots of exciting things happening!!
