Yesterday we took a field trip to catch up with one of our Signature Builders, Jeff Fisher, owner and founder of J. H. Fisher Construction company. Jeff has over 28 years of experience building in the Williamsburg and surrounding areas, and has focused his talents in master-planned golf course communities, such as Ford's Colony, Governor's Land and joined our Signature Team in 2009. Jeff has gotten pretty busy as of late, so we wanted to come and take a look at some of the homes that he currently has under construction. Fall Golf is in Full Swing!!

Sorry, I couldn't resist...get it, Full Swing! But seriously, we have had awesome temperatures this late in the golf season. This past Thursday, one of our property owners, Dr. Yorgey and I took advantage of the 80 degree temperatures, and played all 18 holes in 3 hours! I even managed to take a few pictures during our round....Take a look at the pictures or come and visit to see for yourself!!

First Residents Move In!!

This has been an exciting week for us, as our first Viniterra residents have moved in!! Also the Fall has brought a lot of new activity to the community, New Kent Winery and the Golf Course. We have several new houses that will begin construction in November and we have welcomed some new property owners and new golf members, too! Now is a great time to come and visit!!

We have a full calendar of events that are taking place over the next few weeks...Starting this weekend, we will have an information booth at the Homearama. The Homearama is a 14 day event that is taking place at Patriot's Landing, a neighborhood located in New Kent County, and is being sponsored by the Home Builder's Association of Richmond.
