February Golf at Viniterra

Yesterday the thermometer hit 68 degrees; not too bad for February.... We had a good number of our members and residents taking advantage of the early-season golf weather and I've got the pictures to prove it!! For all you folks taking a beating in the NorthEast this winter, maybe it's time to come down to Southern Virginia, play some February golf and thaw out!!

Notice the wood above the flower box, on the front elevation; that is called live-edge Juniper. It really compliments the western red-cedar roof shingles. Give us a call for your private tour; 804.932.8777 or http://www.viniterra.com/.

Spotlight on our Signature Builders --J H Fisher Construction**

Yesterday we took a field trip to catch up with one of our Signature Builders, Jeff Fisher, owner and founder of J. H. Fisher Construction company. Jeff has over 28 years of experience building in the Williamsburg and surrounding areas, and has focused his talents in master-planned golf course communities, such as Ford's Colony, Governor's Land and joined our Signature Team in 2009. Jeff has gotten pretty busy as of late, so we wanted to come and take a look at some of the homes that he currently has under construction. You can learn more about Jeff and his team, at www.viniterra.com/builders or at http://www.jhfisherconstruction.com/ . Enjoy the pictures from yesterday....!
